HELP! im being spammed big time by this place! i get loads of blah has replyied to ur topics, how do i sto pthem!!!

These are all topics of which you have replied to. So that's technically not spam.
 Anyways, in order to stop them you must go to you User CP and click on options then uncheck the box that says send e-mail when someone has replied.
