well the purpose of the page of having threads like these is general chat "talk about anything under the sun" obviously this is something. so i decided to tlak about it. im only doing what the thread told me to tlak about

That has no subject. General Chat calls for threads that have some structure and meaning, as all the others do; you were simply stating a fact: that you have not been here since October of 2004. What are the rest of us supposed to say to that? Congratulations? Welcome?

That is as if I post a thread stating that I like dolphin flippers. How would you reply to that? It may say anything and everything under the sun, but it must have some type of relevance to qualify.

*sigh* I'm going to have to drop out of this thread, but I am not intentionally bringing you down, Elvan. I am simply attempting to uphold the forum rules here at Ragol that our administrators have so kindly set out for us. That's it.

If the rules were made for you shouldn't you be able to change the rules.... or should the majrity of the people declare whether a rule should be passed or vetoed. i think that some people should be electe by the people to pass rules and if however many people say that a rule should be valid or invalid then that bcomes what it is

Well, that's an idea. But on forums that isn't really how it works. The admins have really total power over how their members must act, and they decide how the forum will function. It's no problem though - just follow the rules and you'll be great.
