Sos, but I have do have these! Most of my friends own this game and we play multiplayer alot in ultimate and all of our luck is over 20, we play four player, so we find alot of rare items. So you can see how I got all these rares

Luck doesnt count on how often you find rares, its how often you get a critical hit in battle. Your Section ID determins how often you find Rare items
