Waldo wears blue jeans and a red and white horizontal striped shirt. he also has black hair and glasses.

that guy looks nothing like him (but probably is, you just can't tell because all the people are so small)

But I will guess anyway. I say; bottom right hand corner right along the edge, there is something red and white there.
