Talking about Angel Harp? No, I think other classes can use it. Not sure which ones exactly, though.
I decided I wanted a God/Arm, but unfortunately my Skyly is a HUcast which makes piping one hard. Nonetheless, I just cleared the last of the VHard quests, which will open up CDFS again (better piping spot IMO). But I got bored before actually playing it... that'll be next session.

I created Akiraa( for Yellowbooze ID) and raised her lvl to 15. Shes now in the normal ruins

whoops, i got the angel harp confused with another weapon. ramarls, racaseals, fomarls, and fonewearls can use it.
i got Ganondorf to ultimate. now i'm trying to get some God/powers (3 would be good) from hildeltorrs in the temple. i can barely reach the piping spot though..... ST did not have level 43 humars in mind when making ultimate mode....
Too legit to quit.

I got on PSO yesterday and did the addicting food mission. I found another annoyingly stupid Vjaya in a box. Later in Caves 3 a Vulmer droped me my second silence claw(10% machine). I finish the quest and forget all about talking to the girl and I quit game! Grr  Oh well, I think I'll just keep that mission open for now, because it can be a good Mil Lilly hunting place.

If you wanna hunt Mil Lilies, open Waterfall Tears and get to that room with nine of 'em, then pipe. Dead easy.
Speaking of piping, I piped my God/Arm. Took me 48 pipes to do it, but I basically just set bunches and bunches of pipes down by the pipe spot on Pioneer 2 beforehand (to get all the annoying running over with). I was kinda worried I wouldn't recognize the Hildeblue when I saw it, but... well, I forgot they have easily recognizable gray hands.  Of course, it posed no real threat to a level 84 HUcast with a Demo Comet +25.
I might get another God/Arm, I dunno...

God/arms are one of the most useful slot items, you should go for 2 or 3 of them.
i found 1 hildeltorr (took 15 minutes to beat, beacause my raygun only did 70 damage and i had to hit and run), got 1 God/power. then i tried out the orotiagito and realized that since my mag had only 4 DEX, and my slots were completely filled with ---/power items, i couldn't hit with it! but the special was still cool.

Well, I still have the "piping bug" (i.e. that little thrill you get when you see a rare monster), so I checked the piping charts and noticed that I could get Cure/Paralysis from a Pouilly Slime in VHard, with my RAmarl. Now, I'd never seen one of those bastards before. But today I did... it actually didn't take too long, and it appeared as one of the two original slimes. Unfortunately, I made the stupid mistake of eliminating the Pofuilly first, then the Pouilly without splitting either. And as if to taunt me, the Pouilly gave me...a MONOFLUID. On a 7/8 chance!
So I started the quest over and went back... this time the Pouilly appeared in one of the last four (my tactic is: Gibarta the first two, then Rabarta all four)... and THIS time I got my Cure/Paralysis unit. It'll be helpful to my HUmar on his occasional Yas9k run... damned lilies...
I also noticed that Pinkal can get Cure/Slow at the same rate. Now THAT would be particularly helpful to my HUmar or HUcast... I'm gonna pipe one as soon as I get my FOnewearl into VHard. This Cure/Paralysis also means that I have one of every Cure unit except for Slow:
2 Cure/Poisons: Will Blazk. / Poison Lily / Ult Caves? (found by accident, can't remember what dropped them though)
Cure/Freeze: Will Blazk. / Hidoom or Migium / VHard Spaceship (can't remember which one)
Cure/Shock: Will Blazk. / Hildeblue / VHard Forest (piped, the day after I tried PW1 online and got considerably pissed at the Ul Gibbons )
Cure/Confuse: Neo Jester / Nar Lily / VHard Caves (got this the other day)

Im officially starting my pipe-o-rama for my Angel Harp with my Skyly...not a really good thing, since I dont have any characters at the correct ATA who can use it...

EDIT: j00 all! I got the Angel Harp on my second Pal Rappy ever! The first one was after a wekk of playing Ultimate, but this 1 I piped for, for around 20 minutes.
The bugger gave me a shiny Angel Harp, with 0/0/5/15 untekked. I put pictures on my website, but the pictures suck

yay beat normal mode with Yavanna now lvl 20. now to run through hard and see if i'm lucky enough to stumble upon special weapons and the such
