Twin Psychos are plain terrible, atleast in Ultimate when the special sucks and the ATP is unimpressive. And Whiteninja, wehn i grinded my LK14 Combat, it was 30 ATP stronger.

You wanna know what's overrated, is ATP. Maybe a RAmar doesn't have that problem, but for any other character, the 5 ATA difference between the Combat and the Psychogun really does count. So you'd have to find a Combat with hit% to really have a decent mechgun. Other than that... get a Psychogun if you're a HUmar or HUnewearl... and if you're a ranger, get something better like Red Mechgun.

So yes, the Psychogun does have value.

woah, i always thought that the l&k combat only grinds to +9, (because the others do) but i just checked and they're +20 :O , so never mind. the ones i use all are grinded to +9 so i'll have to change that.

good luck getting by gal gryphon. you'll need over 800 hp to live through the stomp/pulse wave attack. but since you're a ramar, you can just stay really far back and shoot its wings with a rifle type weapon.

Is that only 800? What if you're right under his feet? I can't remember if I ever got killed or not, as I've only played Ultimate Gal Gryphon once. A Cure/Shock would help you, but you'd probably need to pipe one with a Redria (Hildeblue / VHard Forest)... I had one for this fight and it helped quite a bit, I think.

well, i've had the stomp do any where from 650 to something over 800 (killed me), and every time i was pretty far from the center of the blast. it covers so large an area, it's really hard to dodge. if gal gryphon's yellow dot is within about a centimeter of the map's edge (i mean the map in the corner of the screen), you'll get hit.
