If you think about it.....

My standpoint on this is quite simple...the universe is continually expanding due to the massive explosion that created the universe billions of years ago (energy from the blast has been discovered). From what I'm getting to though is that an explosion has 2 different stages before it finishes. stage 1 - explosion occurs causing everything within the blast radius to be thrown outwards, and creating vast amounts of heat and energy. stage 2 - the after effect of the blast causes the air (or anything) to become 'sucked' back in, to where the blast occured.
From this type of thing, I'd say that eventually, the universe will become absolutely nothing once again. Of course, that tiny ball of matter will once again explode causing the universe to once again expand into nothing. Hence the phrase "History repeats itself."

As far as god goes......god is nothing more than a priest's imagination.

Ah, the Big Bang Thoery eh?

Interesting...

As for God, I think he was created as a way to keep certain people in line...also known as the "Stupid people"

And no, I'm not calling anyone Stupid, but I think he was created for that, and by "created" I mean, made up,

I think he was created for the people back in the day, to keep them in line,

"If you don't listen to me you'll go to Hell, now go repent for your sins" or something to that effect,

And while I know everyone has a different Opinion, That is merely my Opinion of God, and who knows, I could be right?

Ahem, on the God subject, here's a theory from Anselm that i thought was quite interesting.

He says that, even if you do not believe the Christian God exists, you would have to admit that if that God did exist, it would be perfect. This means all Gods attributes would also have to be perfect. It is greater to exist than to not exist, so Gods existance parameter must be that he exists, therefore God exists. This is an arguement that attempts to prove God exists through logic alone, it was continued by Descartes but I can't remember what he thought. I personally feel this arguement is a play on words and is actually a cop-out arguement, but its interesting nonetheless.

This theory also states there is only one God, for to be the greatest, no other being can be equal to this God.

Ah, a cop-out indeed, although, that is how the Christian God is suppose to work...but...me being a God and all...I just don't understand what everyone is looking for...and here I will say it

I am the only God, asside from a select few such as DarkMagician, and others..... so stop looking! I am here!! bow to me and be forever grateful,

Muahahahahahah

It's also been said that God only created the laws of physics and nothing more. Everything else took over and we are just a big coincidence.

Personally I don't believe in God. We are just a by-product of science/physics/luck?
(What I always wonder is, if you believe in luck, then you believe in God, and vice-versa. Since neither can be scientifically proven and can't be seen)

I have my own opinions about what "God" really is, but whenever I say them, it ends up offending someone, so I'll keep quiet.

Back to the topic.

I saw some sort of Nova special and they explained it as... Once upon a time, there was some pure energy just sitting around. Then it split into matter and anti-matter, and that all of the mattter around now came from pure energy and there is corresponding anti-matter for it that's floating out in space. If the matter and it's anti ever meet again, they will remerge into pure energy, M(c^2), of it. That's to be measured in kg/m/sec, I guess it's kind of the same thing, but I don't know.
Too legit to quit.

It will cancel each other out and transform into dark matter, surely? Then no reactions will ever take place again and the universe will just be one big lump of stuff that does nothing. When the singularity expanded it did it at its own speed, faster than the speed of light. I think they called it phlank speed or something weird like that.

Scientists theorise that the universe is either going to keep expanding because there is enough mass and energy to support it's expansion or it's expanding too rapidly and will collapse on itself and the Big Bang will repeat.
If it keeps expanding then Ragol might just exist somewhere Wink. Fingers crossed? Tongue

Huh well I--AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH. NOOO. I JUST REMEMBERED. THAT VISION OF MINE.... This galaxy is doomed to be annihilated by a supernova of the sun...I remember my vision...

Hahah, DM,

I actually read something on the world ending in something like 2033, but I forget where, and why...but it was some kind of science book..
