Ok Sol only looks for new Staff members when he chooses, If you keep your record clean by not spamming and flaming people or just being a nice member of this community you will get some respect and be put in the posible list of moderators, I may be the only person to have of became a Staff member in the shortest time since joining. But Sol noticed something about me, could it have of been the countless numbers of ideas I was bombarding his inbox with??? Who knows. So keep your record clean and with a little bit of time, you would of have earned your self loads of respect. Which is good if you aint a staff member
