well...
didnt have a girlfriend till i was 16... didnt get kissed till 16... i'm sure there's better records here than that... and please remain on topic stalker kid...

I recently asked someone out and it worked out okay but the first time I did it I asked out a friend of mine and she shot me down too. The worst part was that after that she drifted away from me for about 2 years and now she finally talks to me again. Oh well, at least I tried.
