ST won't listen, He'll have more HL's, there's no point, you can't do anything best to just avoid/run away.

I never run away. Apart from FSODers. Yes i have seen this 'Nova' He is usually looking like a ' Knuckles ' Character. beware him.

Actually, he will eventually run out of Hunters Licenses. And if he's banned, and the community informed, people won't give him their Guild Cards, thus making him unable to steal their HLs.
And I've heard Sega Team has been taking more agressive action against hackers these days.

Actually, you really need their guild card number, from which their HL can be found, and banned.
HL=hunters license
