The ATA comes in handy for cards and Handguns, and FOnewms will generally have insanely high MST anyway. I'd go with high ATA followed be a somewhat high MST.

I was wondering for a FOnewearl's mag stats, which do you consider to be the best? I've been looking through the boards and came to the conclusion that 50/0/0/150 is the best way to go. What do you think? As for the type of mag, I would have to see which one follows the Def+(Pow or Dex)=Mind+(Pow or Dex). Hopefully I can make a Nidra out of it.

With any type of character, even forces, you should have half-decent ATA, for TP-stealing weapons and special attacks. I would put at least 50 DEX on that mag. I'm probably going to have 30/30/50/90 on my FOnewearl's mag, or perhaps even more towards an even DEX/MIND ratio.
See, people glorify high-MIND mags too much. High MST is nice for equipping weapons and using tech disks faster, but for the actual DAMAGE it does, it's way overrated. What difference does equipping a wand-type weapon make over another kind of weapon? Not much; I find myself using my FOnewm's Fire Scepter: Agni for the technique boost, far more often than his Hildeblue's Cane, even though the latter has a bit more MST (the only reason I use the blue's cane on occasion is for the Barta boost). As far as I'm concerned, forget the insanely-high MST; I'm not gonna cry over a few lost damage points. seeing as im a fonewm i dont need ata... so the 50,0,0,150 is very attractive to me (albeit near impossible to make
