I'm trying to find a Red Saber so I can let Roy123 use my Durandal.
(he can't hit anything with his mechguns)

Edit:oops. I used his atp with his weapon equiped. the left # is around 780-800

Roflolol! It's called you can't pass your max stats even with a mag or materials, thats why it's called max stats.

Fomar's do have an abysmal ATA. If it was just a bit higher (170 maybe?), they would be awesome melee characters. They just rely on hit% weapons, which is why the Rainbow Baton is so great. 40 ATA naturally on R. Baton + 50% hit Slicer from shop = Fomar pwnage.

My friends FOmar is lv 80ish, and my FOmarl is 61, but I hit every time cuz my L&K 14's have a 20 or 30% hit boost.
