Yep, its definately a tilt sensor game, and to my knowledge its one of only two games to incorporate such a feature into the game - the other being a Kirby game. Not sure if that ever made it to europe actually...
Anyways, its definately a fun gimmick, and very innovative (That is Ninty afterall!), but as i said, it does get a little confusing and stupid in small parts of the game!
Its set in a similiar scene to Yoshi's Story (That great Nintendo64 game!) all with page turning storybooks, and fun themes!

You saying that... NOM had a very interesting article in 150. Something about Wario Ware Twisted using a tilt sensor...
Anyone caught smoking at Layer Road will be buried in the
centre circle by the forking groundsman, with only their head
showing, and left there during the second half.
Previous threats of electrocution, being made to listen to Will
Young and being hung from the floodlights have
failed to discourage all the smokers.
If Cardiff players had to stand and pay respects to an English national anthem, would they? I don't think so.
But Arsenal players manage to do it.

My mistake, there was no such GBA Kirby game... it was infact a GameBoy Colour game!!!
Kirby's Tilt 'n' Tumble was released on GameBoy Colour in America and Japan, but not in Europe unfortunately.
Here is the US game page on Nintendo.com.

Well it is technically a Tilt Sensor game for Game Boy. Just because it isn't on advance doesn't mean It is not a game boy game. I find ths to look lke the best GBC game ever.
