What IS the best ranger, if I may ask? This may be the wrong thread for it... and what attributes would actually put the HUcast beneath RAcast?

RAcateal is easily the best ranger class but they lack a lot of power damn

That would make more sense but if so then he needs to slow and down and spell so that we interpret correctly.
