You can't post codes anyways. You need the premission of the people who wrote them or it's copyright infringement. They do have a disclaimer like that on the pso hacking sites.

The codes are not copyrighted anyways, therefore it wouldn't be copyright infrignement. If they're posted on a site. They are known as "released codes" which means that you may use them on a site, however if the credit name is posted. The code creator nicely asks that you post they're name with the code. If you don't it's no big deal. (Until they track you down) It's nothing to do with legal issues... This is true, I had not read those things in a while, supposed I just remembered wrong. Oh well, not like it matters since they can't post them here anyways
