I know nobody with a PSP, there's never any stores that have a demo unit, I'm fine and dandy with what I have.
I used to be a big Sony fan but I slipped out of it as soon as I got Zelda: OOT for N64. I've not gone back to Sony since.

OK, for the last time, the games on the DS can NOT be classified as good by somebody who actually games. I'd love to shower the DS with compliments. Hell, I lost money on a bet that the DS would beat the PSP sales. But games like XX/XY and Sprung aren't games. They're lame excuses for them. On the other hand, I'm very excited about some of the releases that the DS will have soon, such as FF: CC and Advance Wars. But until then, there is no basis for saying the DS is better than the PSP.

Erm.. I can't say I agree in the slightest. I haven't played Sprung, and yes, it does look quite bad. I think Project Rub (Feel the Magic XX/XY in America) is a terrific game (if it's not a game, what is it?) though. It's so different from anything else in it's strong visuals and story. If you are trying to say Mario 64 is a bad game, then I don't even feel the need to continue talking, but I'll presume that just slipped your mind. WarioWare is as fun as ever, even more accessible due to the touch screen, and Yoshi's Touch and Go is a good a high score game as I can think of.
PSP, on the other hand, has 2 new versions of 10 year old racing games (one with slowdown at points, so early in the machine's life) a good puzzle game and a somewhat sub-par metal gear spin-off (from what I've heard the PSP dynasty warriors game is not very good). Only two of those games are slightly new, wheras all but one of the DS games I mentioned are very different ideas. No basis for saying DS is better than PSP? I think not.
Finally, you better go and ask for your money back, as DS sales are beating PSP.
P.S. I don't want to seem like a crazy odd one out, but I thought Metroid Prime's controls work well. Even if you don't agree, there are a number of different configurations, something you praised the PSP for, but just ignored it on the DS. You may claim to not be pro-PSP, but things like that certainly made you seem anti-DS.
Hey, I can still..

I am done argueing with you...you are close minded...and have no idea..I game constantly, and am one of the best at the games I play..(halo2, SSBM, Zelda...Castlevania..etc..just a few..) I play all kinds of games...and right now...if you like the PSP more..it is because it can play DVD's...the games suck...they are almost all sports...and if you are a true gamer...then you dislike sports also..they take no amount of talent or skill to win...it is pointless...you can think what you want...but at this point, the DS is better....although the public like the PSP much better for the DVD feature...and because it looks cooler, and it is simpler to use..that is majorly the reason it is so liked...I like both..I am NOT close minded...but..whatever..

PSP's get stolen alot. Everyone has a DS so there is no point in stealing them.

I think if you compare the two systems then it would be a draw. The PSP has a good screen but it gets scratched easily, but the DS has very good sound plus it can play GBA games which is a plus in my book. The PSP's memory cards cost an arm and a leg
