How....amusing I should say. New members, new staff, and still nothing has changed. Its been nearly a year, I've been told from a few stray admirers that my name is still thought of highly here. This makes me happy, however, what doesn't is this issue. Kashima, you would like me, I was a mod who fought other mods back in my time, "positions" are meaningless titles, what matters are morals and ideals. I stood up for what I thought was right, I could care less about being a "Staff Member". Upon looking here, it seems the mods are still distrusted, seeming to make me the only one who ever was trusted to not get power hungry. Far be it for me to cast judgement on the new staff who I know nothing of, but if they act similiar to my old "partners" then I can see the sites cause of debate. Gotien, its good to see you again, I've heard that you've put forward a lot of work here, amazing how similiar minds often tread the same paths. Ria, you've been promoted, to a 3 star staf member no less, I'm glad to see you've found some happiness, I was always worried about you, but I hope for yours and everyones sake you're the kind of authority figure who doesn't exercise your power senselessly (and no im not accusing you of anything, I know you are sensitive to assault and that wasnt how I intended it, merely a general statement). As for me, allow me to enlight you all as to why I left, you certainly deserve it. I must retract an earlier statement, not all the mods that were along my side were fools, unfortunately, the ones that weren't were not here at the time of my leave. Coincidentally, they were all gone, leaving me with the ones who were fools. I, who was the only one truly trying to do my duty, and I, the only one who enforced the rules properly, was being undermined by the likes of Ivan and Goldy. I make a just decision, they reverse it. I would check their sections they had jurisdiction over, they weren't enforcing the rules. After some time, this became a very large job for me, one that I thoroughly enjoyed, but once it got to this point, a vast majority of responsibility was placed on me alone. And since I wasn't appreciated at all (by those in power), I left the site to fall on its ass. I heard for a fair amount of time it did, however, now there is a new generation of members and staff, and as I previously said, the same war rages on. The "Shadow Council" you called it Gotien? I'll have to see firsthand what its all about, a fair warning to those who dont know me, I'm quite a friendly person, there are a number of people still here who will tell you that, and even a few who see me as a "Legend" (someone else word, not mine, I'm not THAT arrogant XD), however, I defend and enforce whats right, that goes for the written rules and unwritten laws as well. A pleasure to meet you all who I haven't yet, and say hello to your worst enemy all of you who are on power trips.

all i can say is wow i never thought id see you here again especially taking the side of the underdogs in the current struggle if this isnt a morale boost i dont know what it is. Personally i hope you will stick around we could definitely use someone like you to further our efforts towards a democracy in which all posters are treated equal regaurdless of post count or position
