I'm declaring a call to arms for the Shadow councill... we always say we will take over the world... noe is our time. Ragol will be our base but we should expand into any game, any foram we can, link up with the other SC'S out thear... we will spread our influence :beard:

Haha..I can take over D2...muahaha...I own at it...although there is already a Shadow Council on D2...they are not to big..nor are they active..but..
