well it depends, you can jsut use Invasion Free to make an almost idenctical site but it wouldnt have a good domain name and it would probaby not show up on google for ages even if you added it to the search engine. To get a decent site of this quality I guess you have to pay a company who does this sort of thing on their website.

You buy a domain (the www. bit), and some space. Depending on the host, and the type of server you want, depends on the price.
Anti Hacker is right. Invision do host free forums for you but if you want a proper site you should host your own forums. Then you don't have adverts and you can do what you want.

They wouldn't pay unless that was a highly popular forum, as big a PSOW's, and it certainly isn't. It would be cool though.

The main problem with IF Forums is that they are highly un-customizable. vBulletin, like the Ragol.co.uk Forums, are highly customizable; you can implement numerous, numerous hacks that make it so much better.
