I won't comment on the hypocrisy of that last comment.

Yes, I e-mailed Sega for help, and they gave me this wonderful statement:

Hello,

Take a look at our technical support page for which ports to open on
your router:

http://www.psobb.com/support/ts/index.php

Number 17 should list the ports needed.
