I did, -.-. I even checked the controlls the switch to japanese

Well if its done correctly (Make sure its running in window mode), and hit Left Alt & Left Shift at the sametime (Try it a couple of times incase!), it should work fine, flawlessly :S
Maybe not... In which case, maybe try pressing F11 once and then trying it!
you never said windowed mode -.-

Hehe, its most likely a SEGA server fault. Aparently ive heard that Sonic Team may have closed them temporarily to run a test or two on them - Although an announcement about it would have been nice!

I think it's just been a lot more popular than expected. In posts about it here before, we only got 5 or 6 people seeming interested, since it has actually been released though, half the forum are playing it! Our forum is just a small amount of the total interest, too!

theres 8-10 ships, and about 1500 ppl on each ship (1 block=100 peeps) and so that a LOT of people- the servers arent full...
