ok so we all know in plus in episode 2 there are
1.Seat of the Heart
2.The East Tower
3.The Weast Tower
but i dont know how to obtain "Central Dome Fire Swirl" can someone tell me how to and also is there eny other used to be online Quests in PSO plus ?

Yes, Central Dome Fire Swirl was added offline, in PSO plus.

There are alot of quests needed to unlock CDFS. With Samir Duran, I remember I beat every single quest before it appeared; with Samus, I beat almost all of them, but not quite. So just guess around with the quests until it shows.
You also can't use techs in CDFS (so Fonewearls and Fonewms need to use spell casting weapons like the Hildebear's Cane and Technical Croizer along with good Merges).
If you don't bump into any fires, and you put out the fires ontop of characters before talking to them, you will get to do a quest continuation. It has 4 Hildelts and is the best place for piping them (they appear faster than in FoS, but it takes longer to reach the piping spot).

Nope, just the 3 EP2 ones (Tower Quests) and the 1 EP1 quest (CDFS). No other quest changes, but there were a few other edits, but none of any importance.
