You know at the end of the game after that cg with red XIII when the stars show up. Is their any way to get past that without resetting the game?

no, i dont think there is. Another handy tip from yours truly here, this time about chocobos!!!
There are four types of yellow chocobo- normal, good, great and wonderful (slumping, walking, running and sprinting).
You can get normal from around the chocobo farm, good from around the gold saucer area, great from launch pad area and wonderful from the north continent. As you SHOULD KNOW you can only find chocobos on tracks, and when you have the chocobo lure materia equipped. Different greens affect the amount of time that the chocobo eats for. Ghysal greens keep it eatin a whiile, which is long enough most of the time.

I know how...always breed highest level class Chocobo, if at all possible...

Breed to yellow...get green...breed two yellow again, get blue...breed blue and green, get black..

Catch a Wonderful Yellow, and breed it with the black, and you will get a Gold..it takes a bit long..so save before breeding, and save after you get what you want..restart until you get what you need.
