how to put % on weapons

you can't add a percentage to a weapon.....at least to my knowledge of the game

You can put % on your items but you can only do online during one of Gallon's quests.

Online in Gallon's Shop quest. It's something with PD's for percents...someone who actually has online could help better.

I'm sorry to say but the only way to get better percents offline is finding weapons with better percents.

I read somewhere that you can add percents and abilities to s-ranks in the east tower and west tower quests. They're availible offline for PSO plus- but I can't find the guy you're supposed to talk to. Can you do it on the offline versions? Or are were these things taken out of the Plus versions of the quests?

You have to talk to someone from another quest to do that.
