I saw that Double Edge had in his sig that he had won the meanest/strictest Mod award for this year. But I checked and there was no thread that actually awarded an official title. So.... now there is. This is not meant to flame any Mod, it's just to see who people think is not neccessarily the meanest, but strictest too. No offense to the winner (or is it loser in this case
