The one thing I hate about HUmars is, Online they all look the same, theres 3 costumes that HUmars always have, especially online when you want a character too look different from the rest.
I have too say that there are 2 HUmars on Blue Burst, that dont look like another, they are Reno and our own Lee-Yoshi

Really, just because Humars don't have the highest ATP, MST, or ATA, it doesn't mean that it isn't a good character. The lack of S/D doesn't matter that much if you're a good enough player, because you can quickly rack up the damage to get 100 PB and Mylla&Youlla. Since S/D boosts are calculated from the base stats, a Humar significantly stronger with M&Y than a Hunewearl.
Too legit to quit.

so how often do you get m+y compared to how often a HUney can do s+d? i also dislike HUmars, and admit to not having tried one. their stats put me right of straight away.

Most of the time I've spent playing PSO has been with a HUmar - yes, they're jacks of all trades and masters of none, but I've always liked them myself. I don't really care about how HUmar sucks on paper, I've always had fun playing HUmars myself.

Sad but true. Also, the number of people on PSOBB who are either SSJ wannabes or Cloud/Sephiroth clones is disturbing :S. Do DBZ and FF rot people's imaginations or something? I always strive to be unique, so I can't really understand why you would want to be SSJ71Gohan or whatever.

basically, you like a character, go 4 it- play as much as u want with it, even if it does suck on paper. i forgot about the fun factor, mostly because i love playing with my fonewearl which is the most powerful class- so for me the 2 go hand in hand

Fun is subjective, FOmar sucks, yet is fun.
HUmar is the worst class in the game, end of story, no matter how much you like your HUmar, that is the truth, face it, get over it.
And I have never seen a HUmar dealing more damage than my HUnewearl, NetNomad, and I rarely play without a FO.

Well Kefka, why is your opinion so important?

I really don't think that you judge a class by just looking at it on paper. It all depends on the skill of the character's operator. I mean, (this is just an example people; brace yourselves and don't jump to any conclusions) communism sounds really appealing and flawless on paper; but in reality, we all know that it just doesn't work. Besides, when Zodak (a HUmar if you can't read my sig) was in Ult., give me a God/battle and the Last Survivor and I could clear a room of Vulmers with him without getting a scratch. It all depends on the player's ability to use the strengths and improve the weaknesses of the character. In a HUmar's case, you can give him (a) strong point(s).
Characters:
(Offline only)
Zodak- Pinkal HUmar, Lv. 71
Miroku- Greenill FOmar, Lv. 14
Fina- Skyly HUnewearl, Lv. 59
Sheena- Redria HUnewearl, Lv.27

The intention was to prove that they're another character as all others...not a exclusive n00b character...
But I think I'm talking to myself...

Well you aren't talking to Kefka apparantly. ¬_¬
Kefka, if you play with a HUmar and a HUnewearl, at the same level, the same number of power mats used, the same weapon, and the same level of shifta, who does more damage? If a HUnewearl is doing more damage it's because of their weapon or material usage (which is another point entirely). Perhaps it's coincidence because so many new people choose HUmars, and also don't know how to plan stats. I didn't, when I made my first few characters. When my card got wiped, I re-planned my first characters; my HUmar's stats will all be maxed should he ever get to 200, and thus when he hits max ATP, he'd do more damage than a max-ATP HUnewearl with the same weaponry and shifta level.
You make no sense when you say FOmar sucks, yet is fun, and then say HUmar sucks and (basically) can never be fun. "What sucks" in your opinion is just that: an opinion... and no more of it is fact than how much "fun" you believe a character to be. Not all advantages can be measured on paper! Therefore, saying a character sucks just because its stats aren't the best is stupid. If you want to make this a game of perfection, no one's stopping you, but don't cover the characters of people who aren't going for perfection with a single blanket statement.
