a hacker gave me a lv 328 every stat mag. i am compelety legit apart from that mag

if i equip it but not use it (just to see max stats and sutpid tp stats on a fo) would i be legit or not

lol no because you could still use it to equip things/use items like disks or merging items that have stat requirements
