Hey all, any of you play Counter-Strike: Source? Obviously, like its initial Counter-Strike counterparts, it's an online PC game (strictly online, actually). It's graphics, as compared to Condition Zero are phenomenal. Ever played Half-Life² by the same creators ( Valve)? Source's graphics are created with the same engine as the second installment of Half-Life. So, you can count on the game to be very fun and with uber interactive environments.
So, all in all, who plays this? I do, all the time I can get. It's free to play, also. I received my copy after purcasing Half-Life², so I don't know for sure if you can buy it in stores.

I enjoy this and Half Life 2 a lot, they're both great games, and the source engine is very impressive.
I'll have to meet you for a game of CS: Source sometime!
Another nice thing about CS is that (unlike PSO) you can play on it for just a little while at a time, it's better for my revision breaks in this respect.
Hey, I can still..

Yes! You're brilliant! Study breaks, that's basically what I'm doing. Except for the fact that I take more breaks than studying. lol. But, at any rate, we should meet for a game sometime; that would be great fun, mr. shoe.

Incredibly repetitive.
Fun at a LAN party, but I don't like the community of players, and there's far too much cheating. Too many glitches also.

Repetitive? What game isn't? You know a game is great when you want to keep coming back to play more.
Cheating? Some, but that's hard to avoid on any game that cheating is possible with. PSO for instance; if you dislike a game solely because of cheating, you're gonna hate PSO, which has 10x more of it.
Glitches? I don't think I've ever encountered one. But, it's possible I have, so I'll say there's very few.

Put it this way, in my experience, which may be wrong when applied to the entire community, is thus:
(You in blue, them in red.)
UT2004- You win:
"Gg"
"Thanks, wp."
"1 on 1?"
"Not now, thanks, just having fun : )"
"Okay, np."
CS- You win:
"Haxor"
"Eh?"
"Fu**ing cheater!"
"How?"
"STFU, n00b."
"You were kicked from the server"
Not that I win much, or atall, just from watching other people.
UT2004- Someone pwns j00:
"ns"
"ty"
CS- Someone pwns j00:
"sit, noob"

Although, that could be classified as stereotyping against the whole CS community. From my experience, that hasn't happened. But, I know it is. You've just gotta work around it. Anyway, I would have to say that I'm sure it's not always pure bliss with UT.
