I think pso GC is the best version of PSO so far.
played pso pc, dc, bb and gc.
Sim,Oran,HUmar, lvl 143

I played GC online. It used to be the best, but if you get a good controller for your PC BB stomps it into the ground.

The only Phantasy Star games I've played is Episode 1 and 2 for the Game Cube and Blue Burst... I love my GCN Phantasy Star and I'm sticking to it.

Yeah I loved it until online kept corrupting my file even with all those precautions. Truth is, you don't get corrupted on BB no matter what you do, they have back up files. There is no "Saving" symbol it's done in a split second. The online community is big and any would be hackers, can't! There will be a new episode new weapons (maybe even new weapon classes) and new quests. There is nothing the GC does this can't do better. One of the best things is the lading times. Your down a pipe in about half the time, or less. You can do lobby animations anywhere (except the chair) and I hope to fight a new last boss soon. I have played on all platforms except XBOX which I hear is not as good as GC anyway (PC, DC, GC, BB) and BB truly does now rule the roost. The team play is great, you can even have your own avatar in the lobby providing you get enough points! (over 3k, but hell its worth it to feel a cut above). I don't know how I can explain it, but try it yourself. It is well worth starting again! I am already nearly up to 70 again and going strong. Cool

Indeed, BB is short on features compared to the GC/Xbox versions, but hopefully it will make up for it soon enough with ep4; though I seriously doubt I'll be spending too much time there.

I'm still waiting for towers, after all Tongue

Your chars can't get corrupted on BB, like Anti said, however, you can lose items when you get dc'd. This hasn't happened to me yet, but I know people in-game who have lost items and in particular, Mags. Sometimes these items mysteriously reappear, sometimes not. It does seem to be quite rare though, I've been dc'd quite a few times and have yet to lose a single thing.
