Ze Nightmares.....I HATE THEM

Well, this is a discuss your worst nightmare topic, but first I will explain why I made the topic...

Well, over the last 3 months, I have had a strange sort of sleeping disorder. Once a week, I get about 8 hours sleep. And the rest of the nights, its going to sleep at 3am and waking at 6am! This is especially bad this week because I have very important exams! But anyway, I dont understand why, but whenever I get to sleep, I get horrible nightmares.

The worst I had was some chavs attacked me and cut my wrists, and they blocked everyone from trying to help me, and they left me there to die. Meanwhile, I actually felt like I was in constant agony, and the next morning, I had problems moving my wrists.

i dont get nightmares so i dont understand what ur going through. i dont think i even dream at night anymore.

Everyone dreams, you simply don't remember the vast majority - I rarely remember mine anymore, perhaps I sleep too deeply (Once there was a road accident outside my house and I slept right through it despite the sirens and general noise )

But when I was younger, I used to have a recurring nightmare about falling down the stairs, which was pretty weird. Again, when I was quite young, I had a nightmare that lasted about 5 seconds with just an evil clown face - the sheer shock of it woke me up instantly.

my worst nightmare was my family killed each other. and i walked into my house and everybody was like dead and pinned to walls and then i had a gun and the police came and i killed them and ran away. :|

My worse nightmare was when i was in my room I opened my closet door and there was a strange looking face in the back wall of my closet and then next thing I knew everything was foggy and i ended up on some rollercoaster looking tracks going thru my house but i don't know what i was riding in but as i was going thru the house i saw my sister standing outside the tracks.

I haven't had a nightmare in months, possibly years. However, ones that I have had in the past have not been very fun, but at the same time I have very vague recollections of them. So vague, in fact, that they're indescribable. haha.

I have really bad nightmares at least once a month

The worst was when i dreamt i had to watch my family being sucked very slowly
throw a jet engine... then it was my turn... i remember every minuet of ti and it was 7 years ago... when i woke up i acked all over and my parents told me i was convulsing and screaming out in my sleep...

its been awhile since I've had any kind of nightmares......but I do remember this nightmare that used to come back over and over again.....I'd be sitting up on top of this cliff that's completely surrounded by water (sometimes the water is frozen)....then suddenly I fall off this cliff into the water and I end up drowning....(or go through the ice and drown...same thing basically)....I usually wake up soaked in sweat and trembling severely......fortunately, I've never had that dream in the past 4 or 5 years.

I dream about the end of the world alot...
I feel the weight of all our problems crushing me and pushing me into the voids of hell fear is what would make me join evil fear of being alone as ive grown up tho ive been able to supress that fear even in my dreams i can now stand alone...

the worst thing for me is letting go of others ive always been a helper i cant sit aside and watch there pain.
mabey its growing up thats made me learn to love more and fear less
