Ep 4 weapons, seem TOO good

I know the stats look nice, but I like to wield a weapon first before I rate how good it is. Although that special effect disturbs me... it's like they're encouraging men to pose as girls, flirt with other men, and get them to constantly surround them

Ugh... Double Cannon. I haven't even gotten one of the pieces required for that. Of course, having a high level Redria and Oran would help out in finding that.

If it's that hard to get a Double Cannon, I wonder how difficult it is to find a Vivian.

According to some drop charts it is only dropped by whittil and Skyly IDs

And its a rare ep 4 enemy that drops it

Some great weapons listed, what would be a good ID for Rangers ep 4 to egt some of these weapons ? anyone know?
