heh no clue... it just happens randomly.... the drop rate is just how common it is...
but besides its rarity.. its completely random

There are a few rooms in every stage of Temple that have a streched out double "S" sort of shape. There's always a wall with columns on it so you can see to the other half of the room. Hanging on the wall, there are either the weapons, or Tyrell..... It was in the first post.
