Disturbing news, people.
The official forums are currently awash with topics about something similiar to FSOD. People called FS0D and FS1D (I think) were in Cronus, one at least had a GM costume (FS0D) and was apparently inviting people to join a game. Upon doing so, the clients of these people got crashed - I'm not sure if items were lost, but it seems possible. It looks like the hacker is Broomop.
I doubt any of my fellow BBers here is stupid enough to join these sort of games, but in any case this is a heads-up in case it happens again. Hopefully, Broomop or whoever it was will have been banned.
This isn't scare-mongering. BB remains the least hacked version of PSO to date, however the fact that these hackers are active and are causing trouble is, regardless, somewhat worrying.

I'm not worried, I know BB won't reach the level that GC has reached when it comes to hacking.

If its true, they will patch it. People this morning who know Broomop have said he has quit BB. I doubt it is true, and if it was true ST have advertised the fact that if you are a hacker they dont like you. So listen up trouble makers, quit, or be MADE to quit.

Until it happens to me, I will dismiss it as a 'scare story' because I have heard so many and they are usually ALL untrue.

Well i know it will be hacked, but it will be the unmosted hacked pso game to date. even if it does get to the level of gc dc and xbox you know you will still play it

I have no doubts that there will be hacking on BB, Broomop hacked JP BB and ended up with his entire ISP banned. There is nothing to suggest that he cannot do it on this version, though mostly all the hackers have is talk and that is far from actually hacking the game.
There will be hacking, but as ST can patch the game easily and because the actual hacking is harder to do, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. After all, there is a difference between hacker and cheater, and you can't use cheat devices on this version - which will stop the vast majority of hacked and duped items.

I dont think FSOD is back, people should stop making topics based on NO evidence! If someone does hack they will be banned, simple. If mop-face hacks this version he will be banned again.
This is just one of those "OMG some ppl in a lobby sed FSOD is bk it must be tru!" topics. People in lobbies saying stuff are NOT good evidence. I have heard no tell of FSOD and I regularly hang in Cronus 1 where it would happen (it would be the new Vega for sure). Moppy should go et a hobby, and you should all stop worrying.
