Beating Hunters Side

im having trouble on the Player vs.COM+COM. i always die too fast and get really bad dice rolls. any help would be appreciated.

I find that mission terribly difficult. I think you're referring to the mission where you fight Kranz and Sil'fer on your own.

I find that the easiest thing to do to start with is run away from them. Consider using Dice+1 if you're doing really bad on your rolls. Each of your opponents only has an MV of 2, so choose a character such as Memoru who can move four spaces. SIl'fer tends to equip Blade Dances and Mags, but if you run away from her she can't hit you and she will die after a while (Blade Dance has Steady Damage...) and then you'll have to deal with only one person.

Kranz does have Heaven Punishers, which I remember really annoyed me.

I think that I beat these guys with K.C. - he has Fixed Range so you can use the really strong attacks like Assault, Attack=6 and Mighty Knuckle from a distance. I also used Pan Arms because they have Weak Hit Block, which is useful for a Guard Creature. And if it would die, consider Escape...

These are just a few pointers.

In short, run away from Sil'fer until she dies, then focus on Kranz.

Sil'fer's daggers are just scary, so use Guard defence cards. If you can't run away or block her off, you can try to kill her first . It takes too long to "wait" for her to die from her Cross Scar/Blade dance.

They also like to turn themselves Aerial so Aerial assassin might be good. I had great difficulty with this the first time. Eventually, I beat them using Reiz. I remember after Sil'fer died, Kranz equipped two Shifta Merges and was trying to kick me to death! Pierce ^_^.

well i guess i didnt specifiy did i?
I meant to beat the one where your Hunters side fighting against Arkz.
But your ideas will help me when i go to fight the other side.

Don't try to fight them both at once; I used Relmitos and took down Lura first because she kept attacking with herself. The dice+1's they use are really helpful. When I fought, Break couldn't summon more than one Crimson Assassin at a time, so I avoided that and ran straight over and beat the stuffing out of him ^_^. Quick fight, but didn't get such a good rank. Don't you just love it when they assist each other? :'(

If this isn't your first time, then you'll have better cards and you have no excuse to not get a good rank.
