if you want power a force will give it to you early or late, depends on witch one. but i guess it really depend on your play style. i personally like forces because you can go back to normal and take on the role of a low levle hunter, that is if you don't use your magic. basically i prefer force and hunters over rangers cuz well... it easier to raise mags for force and hunders XD. but overall id say force are the most rewarding and have some of the best replay value.

Fo- (i didnt believe this earlier, but now i do-) range of a RA, strength of a HU. its true! also, if you get bored, as already said go back to norma/hard, and melee without using any magic. very challenging. only thing you want though, is a high lvl char with a lot of money that you can give to the FO as theyre very expensive.

the hunters are a good choice
hucast-can view traps, good hp
humar- good hp, tp(wich means they can cast spells, they are no mach in ultimate mode but saves time destroing boxes and destroing the canabin army with the canune( hit with tech, shot the canune, run, exp got even with 0 damage) they can kill alot of criatures in vhard) can use blades (powerful weapons) can use guns (keep distance while doing damage expecialy with the red handgun that is my primary weapon in ultimate mode,i have 3 of them 40/0/0/45/0, 0/0/40/0/0, 0/40/0/0/0 and can use mechguns with are my prymary weapon in vhard.
AND THE MUST USEFUL FEATURE shifta,deband,jellen,zalure i know that forces are better in that area but the weapons are weak and the forces don't have good hp,ata,evp,cant use armors or shields, they are only good to play as a member in a team.

FO's dont need high atp, evp (though sorry to break this to you, the fonewearl has the 2nd highest exp when maxed) and whats wrong with frames and barriers? the thing about forces is their mega powerful, they dont need ata cos they always hit, they dont need atp cos they do fixed damage, they dont need dfp because the enemy should be dead by the time they reach them, and with high evp you can dodge, and HP can easily be got with god/hp, but also see dfp.
HUmars absolutely suck, they dont excel at ANYTHING
hucast are good, but dont have enough ata
hunewearls are the best HU by far- they can use all spells except FO only, and have high mst, ata's a bitlow, and atp isnt that high wither but with s+d, j+z they pwn.... trust me, ive seen one!
