i cant get psobb to download for some reason it always fails at like 23% of the download lol. Any suggestions?

If all else fails then I suggest you invest in a download manager and if the download fails you can continue it later.

Use fileshack, not fileplanet. Its so much faster, its where I got my BB in like under 2 hours.
