Well, here is what I know from personal experience.
You will either get that rare, or get Meseta or a crappy 1 use item like Monomate or Dimate.

yea got 2 outta 5 mils then quit lookin for em gave friend 1 sange and kept other for myself

Well, Psycho wand is impossible, the highest drop rate is for Purplenum, Mil Lily: 1/205 :S
