I got a amplifier of rabarta and dont know what their used for. I've heard that your suppose to put them on a weapon to give it bonus's on that spell. If anyone can give me an answer to what u do with it (has to be on offline only) and if its got to be on online to do this then i cannot. tell me if its an online ordeal or offline ordeal first.

Amplifiers are merged with special Barriers to create Merges. These are shields that have low defensive stats but boost techniques. For example you would equip a Blue Barrier (when you find one) and then use your Amplifier of Rabarta to create a Rabarta Merge that boosts the Rabarta tech by 30%.
You find amps/barriers off of boxes and sometimes monsters. Being online or off makes no difference.

I think it you get a blue barrier you can combine the two, so the shield evolves into something else.

Aslo using the specific amplifiers will boost the techs by 30%.
THese are
Amplifier of Barta, Gibarta, Rabarta, Zonde, Gizonde, Razonde, Foie, Gifoie and Rafoie.
If you find either an Amplifier of Blue, Red, or Yellow and combine them with the barriers. It will create a 9 star rare merge and it will boost all techs of that color, but only by 20%. Someone correct me if I'm wrong....

Nope, you're right.
There are level requirements for it, but they're all very low. That's becuase the Merges aren't very strong, but they are still a FO's best friend.

Use it on a blue barrier to make a merge.

Also, the "Star amplifier" unlike the others needs to be used by a level 100+ force with any fully ground common wand (no effect, can have percentages which will be carried across) to make the neat force weapon "Twinkle Star"

You can use a Star Amplifier on a Cane with a special, it just looses it, but like you said, the %'s are kept.
The Star Amp is not one of the Amp of -tech name here-'s, it's completely different, so don't get them mixed up.
