Its got GREAT EVP. My friend has it and he blocks nearly every attack. Also decent DEF right?
Whats funny is, it has no stars, its in white font, and the only thing that hints that its rare is its awesomness, and the caps. Big glitch eh? PSOBB-

Todd, your speaking of Secure Feet (Secure Feet is the best Ranger exclusive Shield, also looks SOOO much better then the Fridge... I mean Standstill Shield). Great EVP, Delsaber Shield DEF.
Standstill Shield is easily obtained from Viridia, Mil Lily in Temple, and has great DEF, but bad EVP. You might as well consider Standstill Shield to be the opposite of Secure Feet.

it does not have great evp. i piped 3 for rogue,day and me
it has mega def (about 50-75 more than my kasiumi bracer but dropped evp about 40-50)

S-Parts ^^ how to find em ?.. the all those shields sounded great i like the look on Delsaber shield better though
 and why didnt you just check the stats of the shield when you got it? GZ anyway

i was randomly doing temple run and on the 3rd room found a mil and GOT ANOTHER STANDSTILL SHIELD!
