Password help

A few months ago I used the 30-day free trail that came with PSO Episodes I&II on the Nintendo GameCube. After the free-trial I did not take it up and continue to play online. Now I do want to play online with it just I have forgoten my username and password I chose on the site http://www.playsega.com(not the logon password that is used with the serial number and accsess key that is set in the network settings on the GC). Is there away to quote my seral number and access key to some sega tech support or something and be told my userid and password!!! please!! help me!!

if im right, go to forgot password and it will say enter email address and it will send your account and passcode since i dont play gc i caint say this is true but that is how it is with most sites

I carn't find a forgot password link on playsega.com, and rember I don't know my username ether. I think I know the E-mail I used though...

Call sega. when I called they asked for my phone number and then they cancelled it.

Ok I rang the tech help number in the back of the instruction manual, and it turned out to be an atari helpline, so I was given 2 other sega numbers, witch did not work. So I went to the sega site looking for a contact number and I found an awnsers database. so in that it said if you have forgetten it to fill in this question form with your serial number & access key and they will sort it. so i did. *waits to be able to go online*
