i would say todd but he not funny he just has problems.

Ria's bug situation was rather funny... but let's not try to pick on her about it, I'm sure you wouldn't like it if it happened to you. (if you were a girl, that is)
Judgment can be a riot.... and Poo Fly and his "hippo bread"..... that was funny
misterbud was also really funny in that joke thread a long time ago, but he hasn't been around since.

I'd say Poo Fly as he always comes with random things to say and it always make the funny stuff really Funny.

i believe lance813 used the quote in his sig, the original quote was teh ekwee's methinks it was never credited.
