can someone make me one of those banners that says sebastian and has a monkey and stewie on it, please? i dont mean to sound mean or arrogant but id appreciate it if someone did. if you dont want to waste your time on a newbie like me than thanks for reading it!

I did this, without the monkey, in about 5 mins (you mean it took you five minutes to make THAT!?). lol.
Don't feel like you have to use it, I was quite bored and I blow at image-making.

 ...edit: its not showin the image, why is it just showin a link?

It's showing for me. It's an attachment; click on it and then save it.

Once it's saved, you have to get a host for it then you can link it into your signature.

Like PhotoBucket.com, for instance. Sign up for an account there, or get another member to host the image for ya.
