is the release of it right now just the beta, or the actual game?
id like to get it, but i dont know if its out or not. and IF it is out, where can I go to purchase it?

its the real game(but its missing things,mainly ep 2 Quests and Ultimate Mode)
and you dont purchase it you download it.*rumages for link* found one!! EDIT:whoops i misread it HEre i really doubt thats the best one though

you still need a hunters license
 and is it Episode 1 & 2 and episode 4?

Yup, all those episodes are now there, but challenge mode, battle mode and quite a lot of the hunter's guild quests are still to be put up.
