Well first of all I'd loot as much as I could (as all law would have collapsed) and take it to a secret place (it would have to be secret otherwise my stuff would be stolen - no laws, remember?). I'd then become a vigilante and try to keep justice. Then I would build an even bigger and better secret base in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean and invite all my friends and family for a huge island beach bikini party.com!! Then some other stuff would happen. Long enough?

Well, if it looked suspicious, I would leave it...or maybe kick it into an alley where noone can see me and pocket a bit of the cash....maybe.....depending.
Then I could go to the police station and hand it in! And if they ask for my wallet, I'll say, 'ARGH CRAPNATION! I LOST IT' and run out screaming, when really the wallet is tucked into my boxers!
