The double cannon is way to over hyped I think it sucks, its only about 60ATP strong that the Meteor Cudgel. Its special misses all the time unless it has really high hit, its a pain to get and once you do you wish that you had kept your Lavis Cannon.
My favourite HU weapon is probably the Rainbow Baton slicers are awsome if you use them correctly. And any normal weapon that has charge, I love my charge partisan the special can do 700-1100 damage online in UTL ruins. 45 0 50 0 45 I think.....

I've been attempting to get the rainbow baton for a long time, i think i'll restart, ive gotten nothing in the past few days, maybe thats a good sign.
