No, I found a H&S Justice with 0/0/30/20/80 after tekking when playing with one of my IRL friends in multi-mode. They're Whitill so it drops from plenty of things.

The best Justy I ever found was a 10/0/45/0/30 Justy and I STILL consider that crap.

Okay, so the 80% hit thing was a Justice, the Mechgun, and you're saying you found 100+ of the Justy, the rifle. Now I got it straight. Damned names being near exactly the same.

In my experience, Semi rare (demons calibur etc.) and other 9 star items and even ones below are better then others. This is because they drop more often and so are more likely to have better percentages. I think you'll find a charge calibur with 50% hit is pretty awesome, as are charge vulcans (charge cannot be reduced) because you can use the special constantly. It really breaks the enemeis to pieces, I found a 40% hit stag cutlery on BB the other day, it's pretty common as far as 10 stars go but is more useful then a twon brand with bad percentages any day. If you could find an uber weapon with equally uber percentages, that would beat everything else into the ground. But that is extremely unlikely!

i don't use the specials of the weapons because i can miss easily (humar) so it's better to hit normal-normal-normal.

About 1/12,000,000,000 for a SJS with 70% hit

Not enough of the common weapons you find have Charge as a special though, so that makes it harder to find a 50% hit Charge Calibur, etc. It also stinks how if you get a Spirit or a Beserk special, you can't tekk it down to Charge, but it stays stuck at that one. (Like you get a Hell and tekk down to Dark, but I have no idea why you would.)
