Wow, I had no idea this was going to start such a debate.
You have to admit that all systems are pretty good, and everyone is going to have their favorites. Lets try to discuss the company rather than debate over game types and ratings (yes, I know I am a hypocrite) because that is what this thread was meant to get at. Do you think Nintendo will really get run out of business? You must realize that microsoft has enough money to dominate the other systems at any given time. Do you think maybe they want some competition? (just speculating) Yes, I am a little worried, but don't underestimate the powers of Nintendo!

Lol! No it wouldn't, and also Turok was published by Acclaim, the developer who has now gone bankrupt because of games that never sold like that

No matter what they do i still reckon theyll be around for a long long time. Nintendo always has the power of its current gamers, and always has what it takes to reach a few more with every new 'original' game they release. I think for the moment though, they're trying harder to bring the gaming comunity back to life from the shell it is now compared to what it used to be. Gaming is on the decline, and Ninty are just putting as much effort as possible into changing that by doing new things instead of other companies who are just concentrating on the games power and looks.

Nintendo still rock just not as much (look back into the 1980's when it was just sega and nintendo)

And now look at them both eh? SEGA & Nintendo work together now comapred to those times when they used to bitch at one another to get the sales done
