Pollux!!!

On PSO3 there's this boss called pollux who has this APgrowth and pierce is there a way to kill her quick before she killes you. Any hints are greatly appreciated

There's a Defense AC called "Pierce Guard" it completely blocks all piercing attacks. So, get 3 of them, and 3 of another card called "Resist" (+10 HP, blocks Yellow, Red) and you'll own.

I used Kyria using the Yas 3000R, GN Attack, HP Attack, and Split boost to do most of my damage.

Be ready for Ampla Umbra after that battle too. (If you've beaten the Arkz already.)

Yes, you could use Techs.

You could get Relmitos (or maybe even Glustar ) and equip a Caduceus which is a Dark Slayer, and a Wand and whatever else and cast away.

whiteninja, it's "Penetrate Guard"? Yep, and Resist would work too. I don't have more than one of either of those cards , so I also put in "DK Guard" (I think it's called). Costs the same as Resist. "TP Guard" will be okay too. For a FOrce, you could also use "CN guard". I think you'll just have to be lucky for this fight and get high rolls.

whiteninja, it's "Penetrate Guard"?

Yeah, that's the one... whoopsie.

Link is Clv 40, and he got those Penetrate Guards a while ago (I have like 5 of them). So if you do some of the Free Battle quests and level up a bit, you may find one or two soon. The best part about that card is that it only takes 3 DEF die to use.

Another thing you may want to try: If you have a Delsaber's Combo, and you can manage to equip both the Buster and the Shield, every time you attack (whether you kill something or not) it will gain 1 AP. So it can become very powerful. But I don't know if you have any of them... I only have 1 Shield.

Don't even try to win within the 8 turns before Timed Pierce kicks in. I tried that several times... didn't work. Pollux has way too much HP.

Yup, TP Defense, Resist, Penetrate Guard all work pretty well, but then again, so does Weakness. In order to get a high enough roll, consider some Dice+1s. Because Pollux only gets one attack a turn, the extra ATK and DEF points don't help her too much.

And don't forget the solidness of Guard! They're still pretty good!

I have only ever defeated Pollux with Glustar.

I also tried to use AP silence cards against her, but I still lost in the end.
