Guys guys, listen to this:
They'll do it like Nintendogs, you get what you want, Chiuaua, Bulldog, or whatevers coming out. They'll have EP1 on one cartridge and EP2 On another, but sell it as the same game....... Wait..... That might not work, can you store temporary data on the DS? I'm just wondering. Otherwise how would to go from EP1 To 2 with the same character....... Man, you gotta be a geius to figure this out.... Or not, I don't have a clue actually....

but then again... what about offline?
i would like to train my chars while not at a hotspot/ at home.
I find offline-playing on gc/pc pso's totaly boring, but on
the run it would be really cool. Maybe server side saving wouldnt be too kewl...
so lets look at my thaugt again, combined with lee-yoshi's.
how about this:
you have one gba-cart wich contains your saves/profiles/options and other stuff,
and ds-carts with the actaull game. then you could switch around with episodes and stuff, and still use the same saves. Maybe have some free space on the gba-cart,
wich would allow some sort of updating... am i just thinking out loud now? seems like it >_> Anyways! there are loads of stuff that could be done, that's for sure.
lets just cross our fingers and hope for a pso ds.

Episode III uses the same characters in the offline game as it does in the online game, yet your level online is done totally seperately from when you play offline.
Therefore why not have seperate characters altogether for online & offline modes? Hmm... then again that could get a little annoying after a while i guess, unless there was a way to send your character to be saved (Copied like) to the SEGA servers while playing Episode I until you next play Episode II online, therefore taking your character data back from their server to your DS.
Otherwise, yea, the GBA Cart probs sounds like a good idea lol. Ninty should think about releasing a GBA Memory Cart if thats the case, it could take off if lots of games used such a system ^_^

I didn't know you could do that with a DS, why not just store temporary data on it while switching from a Ep1 cartridge to EP2? If you can store a whole game on it with DS-Download play, then why not with Characta data?

That would be a nice idea... it would prevent other people from stealing your character if they "borrow" your DS cart... you'll just need to keep the DS safe. Or have passwords!

um... well, to put it this way.
the ds has 4mb's of memory, yeah.
but this gets deleted once the ds is turned of.
so using it for storagde may be a bad idea
