As some of you may remember I was looking for the Yamato from dragon on Vhard and i did not get it after like 30 times so i got bored and decided to do a quick hard mode run to see if i could get the mushashi (i kno its not spelled right) and i did first try i was pissed lol ell well it is stronger than anything i got so should i keep it or still go for the yamato cuz it is still stronger or should i just take out dark fallz with this?

Go for Yamato.
I know it's hard to find, but it's well worth the effort.
Trust me, I threw away my Musashi after Yamato.

Musahi is much better then Yamato.
Musashis beserk special is useful even in ult.
Yamatos Freeze(?) special isnt useful anywhere.

Pfft.. Yamato is better. Bezerk usually kills you more than it saves you early on in ult.

Yamato isn't as hard to find as people make it seem. I throw mine away whenever I get one, because they drop too often for me like that wretched DoB.

yes i would sooner die from the demenia and otheres than to die from self inflicted wounds like i was trying it out and i almost died just fighting a normal mob of monsters the healing that is required is better spent attaching

They're both decent... in Ult I'd reccomend finding something better, but until then the berserk will help you. And BTW, those who complain about the risks of using berserk just don't know how to do it right.

True only if the musashi has good hit, otherwise just use hard attacks with yamato. Then again, I found a 40 hit yamato once it was pretty awesome.

Both the Musashi and the Yamato have identical ATP when found, but I think that the Yamato can be grinded higher... I'm not entirely sure though.
The Yamato also has more ATA, but if you get a Musashi with Hit % then it shouldn't matter.
Plus, the Musashi is slightly smaller, graphically. The Yamato looks too bulky.
And can someone explain how to use Beserk properly? I avoided having to use it.

It's mostly common sense; don't berserk in an area or battle where you're likely to take a heavy hit right afterwards. The easiest places to berserk are bosses like the dragons and De Rol Le (but for the latter, ONLY if you're certain he's targeting another player with his tentacles!). In standard battles, try berserking when the enemy is not likely to hit you... this includes if you're coming up behind a grunt monster, or if you have a large but slow monster (like a belra), or when you're 100% certain you can kill the enemy if you use berserk on this combo. Basically it all comes down to healing. Priority 1 is give yourself the space to heal before attacking again (except on things like the dragon's head, feel free to go nuts on him till he gets up). In multiplayer, your FO might be the type who'll just compulsively heal you while you berserk... other times they won't. So the best policy is to be ready to heal yourself (I sometimes announce that I plan to, as to not drive the FO crazy and put a huge drain his/her TP).
